Return and exchange policy
In case a customer would like to EXCHANGE a product (size, color, style), we need to be informed within 7 days and the customer should ship it back within 14 days after the product has been delivered. The product must not be used by the customer. In case the product it is used, altered, or damaged in any way it is not eligible for exchange.
The customer must cover all shipping costs that occur. We can send the new product after we receive back the old one. Meanwhile please inform us which product you have chosen for exchange to reserve it for you. Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
In case you receive faulty or defective items, we will replace it. In such case, send us an email at email@example.com once you received the faulty product and we will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange.
*All shipping expenses will be covered by us.
**Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All our products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns for a refund but we gladly exchange a product.
